Changes

So I've been vegan for about a week now. Here are the noticeable changes so far:

1. My digestion has improved incredibly
2. No more heartburn
3. I'm not hungry ALL THE TIME
4. I don't need to eat as much to feel/stay full
5. I feel happier
6. I have more energy
7. I don't feel bloated all the time (although adjusting to soy has made me quite gassy)
8. I feel very passionate and deeply motivated about animal rights
9. I have supportive vegan/vegetarian friends
10. I love cooking again!

Not a bad start and the noticeable changes are so motivating. I'm looking forward to cooking more and to start losing weight (currently I'm 187lbs). I'll do another update in about a month and hopefully will have an even longer list ^_^
