How does your state rank?
The animal legal fund has released their report on which states have the best animal protection laws. Illinois wins the number one spot, but my home state of Oregon ranks number 5- still putting it in the same top tier. I'm so blessed to live in a state that cares about the well being of its animals. Where does your state rank?
